What is the Exercise Pre-Screening form for?
The exercise pre-screening form is a tool used to get an understanding of your current health status and any injuries you may have.
This is used to assess whether exercise may put you at risk without further clearance from a medical professional.
In some cases I may request you get medical clearance from a medical professional, before commencing any fitness program or sessions with me.

Do you train in the rain?
Training sessions will go ahead in the rain, I will do my best to find a sheltered location for the session and will advise of new location via SMS before the session starts. Session will be cancelled if Karen determines the weather/conditions are too dangerous or place people at risk.

Do you have a babysitter?
I currently do not have a baby sitter for any sessions. As demand requires, a baby sitter may be added to the morning Fit Body or Mumma Fit Classes.
Young children are welcome to come along to any of the day time sessions. They can sit on the sideline and watch or in their pram. I also have a play pen available, but bookings are required to ensure I bring this to the session.

Do you train men?
At this time I do not offer any services that accommodate men and their training needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept EFT or cash (for casual payments only).

What should I bring to a session?
Please bring:
– towel/mat
– water
– hat and sun protection for day time sessions
