Thanks Karen for all your help. My pelvic floor and core has improved a lot and my abdominal separation has nearly halved - looking forward to doing Stage 2.
Great Workouts While Catering to My Injury
Karen is providing a wonderful outdoor training experience which is making exercising alot more fun. Personalized exercise routine which caters for any post injury concerns, all equipment provided and great attention to detail in ensuring I am confident when training. The location at Helene Park is very convenient and the water views and fresh air are a great bonus. I am seeing results already and it is a great way to escape at end of a busy week !
Comfortable and Enjoyable
I have noticed a great improvement in my strength and overall fitness since I started training. Karen has worked within my limits, but gives me the motivation I need to push harder and get the most out of each session. There's always a good variety of exercises that make me feel like I'm getting a whole body workout. Karen has always made me feel comfortable and I enjoy training with her.
